The land cadastre is the official register that presents the actual and legal status of all properties (parcels and buildings) on a true-to-scale map and describes them in the land register. If you need relevant information about your property, for example, for a construction project, you can request information or extracts from it.

Erforderliche Unterlagen

  • Proof of eligibility
  • Power of attorney from the landowner

Voraussetzungen

  • You are the owner of the property or
  • You are authorized by the owner of the property.
If you are neither the owner nor have a power of attorney, your application must not conflict with any public or private interests.

Gebühr: 17€ - 33€
Per extract from the property cadastre: 17.40 EUR-33.00 EUR

Verfahrensablauf

  • You arrange an appointment for a personal consultation.
  • The responsible authority prepares the requested extracts (copies) of the property cadastre.
    • Extracts are produced in scales of 1: 500, 1: 1000 and 1: 2000 up to DIN A3 format.
  • You pay the costs incurred for the preparation of statements.
