If you extract groundwater from your own well, you must regularly report how much water you have extracted. This reporting obligation arises for you as a well operator from your water law permit for groundwater extraction
- You access the online service and fill out the query form completely.
- You send your message.
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt.
- If you have any questions or need to take action, the responsible department will contact you again.
Using the online service takes about 10 minutes. After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt.
You must always submit the report for the previous year and no later than January 15 of the following year.
When reporting the production volume, you will need the five-digit well number of your well and the file number of your water rights notice.
