If you need information about land values, for example prior to purchasing a property, building a project or for property tax purposes, you can view the land values online or receive them as written information.

You need information about land values for a variety of purposes:

Do you want to buy or sell a property and find out about the level of land prices in the region?
Do you need land values for tax purposes, for example for property tax?
Are you generally interested in the property market and want to find out about land prices?
The office of the Appraisal Committee for Property Values publishes a land value map on the Internet, from which the user can independently create extracts.
Alternatively, you can obtain information or official extracts from the land value map by submitting an informal application to the office of the Valuation Committee for Property Values or using the Valuation Committee LGV (HH) form.
The land values have no binding effect unless otherwise determined or agreed.

• The use of the online service BORIS.HH for the creation of extracts is free of charge.
• A fee is charged for written information on land values.

The basis is the fee schedule for official surveying and the appraisal committee for property values in Hamburg (GebOVerm) in the currently valid version.

Extract from the land value map online with BORIS.HH:

• You select the desired land value reference date on the map.
• You search the map for the property to be valued.
• You select the land value that corresponds to the use.
• You enter the data of the property to be valued, such as the size of the property, the position of the building and the value-relevant floor space index.
• You read the converted land value or print out the relevant information.

Alternatively, you can request information in writing:

• You submit an informal written application to the Property Values Appraisal Committee by post or email.
• The requested extracts will be prepared and sent to you.
