It protects people who work in their own home or in a self-selected business location for companies or subcontractors. The law is intended to prevent discrimination compared to traditional jobs.


The protective regulations for home workers are non-negotiable. Individual agreements that violate these are invalid. When it comes to paying for home workers, companies are bound by labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
