Do you want to have several parcels of land combined into one parcel of land?
Then you can have this done by submitting an application for local surveying.

Volltext

You want to merge a parcel with other parcels to form a new, independent parcel.
To do this, you must give an informal order in writing to the State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying (LGV) or a publicly appointed surveyor (ÖbVI).
The merger is carried out through survey work on the site.

Erforderliche Unterlagen

Information about which parcels are to be merged.

You own the parcels:
  • Evidence of this, for example, through a purchase contract, extract from the real estate register or extract from the land register
The parcels belong to several owners:
  • Consent of all co-owners
You do not own the parcels:
  • a power of attorney from the owner

Voraussetzungen

  • The parcels are your property.
  • If you do not own the land, you will need a power of attorney from the owner.
  • If you co-own a parcel of land, everyone must agree to the merger.
  • Those entitled to leasehold property are also entitled to place orders.
  • An order can only be placed in written form.

Kosten

The amount of the fee depends on the number of newly created parcels.

Verfahrensablauf

  • For questions about the merger of parcels, we offer you free advice.
  • If a merger is to be carried out, give us an order (by e-mail, fax or post).
  • By doing so, you agree to pay the fees.
  • The survey documents are compiled and the merger is carried out.
  • The results are transferred to the real estate cadastre.
  • You will be sent a continuation notification and the invoice/fee notice.

The processing time depends on the scope of the survey.
