The amount of the fees varies and depends on:
- the duration of the permit
- the total line length
- the number of daily or weekly trip pairs
- You fill out the application and submit it together with the required documents.
- The responsible authority will check your application for completeness and will contact you if there are any questions.

- The competent authority conducts a hearing procedure with external parties involved (for example with companies that already offer scheduled services, cities, municipalities or districts, trade supervisory authorities and chambers of industry and commerce).
- If all conditions are met, the competent authority will grant you approval and send you a certificate of approval.
Deadlines only begin to run when an application ready for a decision is submitted.
If your application is complete, a decision will be made within 3 months.
