Do you operate a prostitution business and employ other people? Here you can find out how and where you need to register them.
If you, as the operator of a prostitution business, wish to employ new people in your business, you must notify the relevant authority. Persons performing the following tasks are subject to a background check; this also applies if the persons in question are employed by you through external companies:
Employees with other duties, such as bar staff and cleaning staff, must also be reported.
Attention: The notification of additional persons is only valid in the case of a corresponding ancillary condition (condition) to a permit according to Section 12 ProstSchG or if the responsible authority requires you to do so on the basis of another authorization basis.

The fees in question are standard fees according to the fee schedule for official acts under the Prostitute Protection Act, plus expenses for delivery.

- If the test is positive, you will receive written confirmation and can employ the registered person in your prostitution business.
- Operators of a prostitution business are required to register employees who will be employed within the business. This includes, in particular:
- Management and supervision
- Staff to comply with house rules or house regulations,
- Entrance control staff
- Security personnel
- Whether there is an obligation to register is stated in the permit to operate the prostitution business (condition)
