You can request information about the content of a development plan from the responsible authority.

You can request information about the contents of a development plan (zoning plan). The responsible authority is obliged to provide you with the information you request.
The development plan generally consists of:

1. Textual regulations specifying, for example, the provisions and regulations on the permissible use of the land, construction type, building height and more,
2. Plan drawing consisting of various plans and maps showing the exact spatial division of the area,
3. Justification with, for example, details of decisions and considerations and
4. Environmental report assessing the impact of the development plan on the environment.

You check whether the responsible authority has made the desired development plan available on the Internet.
If you cannot find the development plan on the Internet, contact the responsible authority in person, by telephone, in writing or by email.
The competent authority will inform you how the information will be provided:
- on site at the competent authority,
- electronically or
- in written form.
