You can view a nationwide spatial development plan.

In a state-wide spatial planning plan you will find general guidelines for the organization of space, i.e. the areas of a federal state. In the case of Hamburg, the land use plan takes on this function. It is therefore the orientation framework for more precise planning of land use.
You can view new or amended state-wide spatial development plans online. If the responsible state authority does not make the desired state-wide spatial development plan available online, you have the right to view it at the responsible authority.
The national spatial plan generally consists of:

• Indication of the legal basis on which the spatial development plan is based,
• Determination of objectives and principles of spatial planning and

Justification and explanation of the objectives and principles of spatial planning.

You can view the contents and supplementary documents of the state-wide spatial development plan (land use plan) online or on site at the responsible authority.
If you would like to view a state-wide spatial development plan on site, you usually have to make an appointment with the responsible authority.
