If you have applied for a permit to cultivate and distribute cannabis for consumption and the details of your application have changed, please inform the relevant authority of these changes.

If there are any changes to your application to grow or distribute cannabis, you must report these changes to ensure that your application remains up to date and complies with the legal requirements

Report:

• Changes to the association’s contact details, such as address, email or telephone number.
• Changes to the association’s name or statutes.
• Change of responsible persons, for example the board of directors or the contact person.
• Adjustments to cultivation areas, storage locations or other essential conditions.
• Changes affecting compliance with the permit requirements.

The documents required for possible changes may include, among others:

• Amended statutes (in case of changes to the statutes)
• Updated extract from the association register (if the association name or board changes)
• Proof of authority to represent new responsible persons (including power of attorney)
• Certificates of good conduct for submission to an authority (in the event of a change of authorized representatives, for example the board of directors)
• Changed cultivation and distribution concept
• Modified security and protection concept (in the event of changes affecting security)
• Updated construction drawing or property map (in case of changes to the cultivation or storage areas)

You have already applied for a permit to grow cannabis.
There are changes to the information you provided in your application.

• The change concerns information or circumstances provided in your application (for example, contact details, statutes, cultivation areas).

Fees apply. The amount of the fees is determined according to the fee schedule.

• Report any changes to data via the online service.
• Follow the online service's prompts to edit (change, add or remove) your existing data.
• Please enter the relevant changes (e.g. contact details, statutes, cultivation areas) completely and correctly in the online form.
• Supplement the notification of change with the necessary evidence or documents, if necessary, for example updated articles of association, extract from the association register.
• Your documents and information will then be checked for completeness and plausibility.

Once you have provided all the necessary information and evidence, processing usually takes up to 3 months.

Report any changes immediately after becoming aware of them, but no later than one month after they come into force.

As a cultivation association, you are obliged to inform the competent authority of any changes affecting your application for a permit.
In addition, you must inform the authority if there are grounds for refusal for a board member or another person authorized to represent your growers' association.
Likewise, decisions or fines that are relevant under the Trade Regulation Act must be communicated immediately.

• Responsible persons, such as board members, authorized representatives or prevention officers
• cultivation areas or delivery points

In addition, the amended evidence, such as an updated commercial register extract, new articles of association or proof of power of attorney, must be submitted or uploaded directly to the online service.
