Inclusion companies offer employment in the general labor market to severely disabled people whose integration into other activities there encounters particular difficulties due to the nature and severity of their disability.

Inclusion companies are companies that operate on the general labor market and are subject to general market and competitive conditions. At the same time, they employ a high proportion of severely disabled people who are particularly affected (between 30 and 50 percent of employees).
