Hinweise

  • Since May 1, 2010, it has also been possible to apply for a so-called "extended certificate of good conduct" (Section 30 a (1) of the Federal Central Register Act). According to this, the applicant must submit a written request from the office requiring the extended certificate of good conduct when submitting the application. In accordance with Section 30 a (1) of the Federal Central Register Act, the office must confirm that the person concerned is or will be active in a professional, honorary or other capacity in relation to children and young people. The (exemplary) note of the office "It is confirmed that the requirements according to § 30 a para. 1 BZRG are met" also meets the requirements.
  • If such a written request is not submitted, the application for an extended certificate of good conduct may not be accepted.
  • The fee for the extended certificate of good conduct is also 13.00 euros.
  • The details can be found in Section 30a of the Federal Central Register Act.
