- Written power of attorney with copy of identity card
If you are represented by a lawyer, notary or other person, please issue an informal written power of attorney and attach a photocopy of your identity document for signature verification.
- if necessary, power of attorney
If the neighbouring building file is to be inspected due to a dispute in the neighbourhood, the inspection of the files is only granted to a notary or lawyer with power of attorney.
Other persons are not permitted to inspect neighbouring files that have been closed.
Documents relating to ongoing proceedings can be inspected by the responsible clerk of the building regulations.
In principle, the inspection of files can only be made possible for the owner of the property or an authorized representative of the owner.
For a variety of reasons, construction files may no longer be available in the archives, so it may be that your request to view a particular construction file cannot be fulfilled.
