In addition to personal data, a household certificate contains information on how many people are registered in a household. It is used for submission to the child benefit fund and parental benefit office.

• Identity card or passport
• in case of representation with written power of attorney

  Additionally: identity card or passport of the authorized person

• Personal appearance
• Authorization is possible.
• For submission to the family benefits office
  - please state the child benefit number or
  - for adult children the household certificate prepared by the family benefits office

Important: This is a municipal service. You can therefore only visit an office that is located at your place of residence.
