The construction of the construction site crossing is arranged by the permit holder and must be kept in a permanently roadworthy condition at his own expense. In this respect, the road construction authority shall be indemnified against any liability claims. The costs of construction shall be borne by the permit holder. The applicant has the option of naming a recognized specialist company in accordance with 4.1. ff of the Technical Specifications for Excavations in Traffic Areas of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (T-VAV-HB 2020) in the currently valid version, which can carry out the work in compliance with the conditions issued by the Office for Roads and Traffic.
