A special use permit is required for any use of public green spaces that goes beyond public use.

Public green spaces are landscaped areas and open spaces. These serve the public primarily as recreational, leisure, sports or play areas or sunbathing lawns. Any use beyond public use requires a special use permit.

• Use beyond public use.

The special use permit is issued upon application.

The application must be submitted in writing or electronically to the Horticultural Office at least 3 months before the start of the authorized special use.
