If you wish to give up a fishing vessel for eel fishing, you must report the deregistration to the competent authority.

If you abandon a fishing vessel for eel fishing, this must be reported immediately to the competent authority, stating the boat number(s). The competent authority will then delete the registered fishing vessel from the eel register.

• Registered fishing vessel in the eel register.

• You deregister the fishing vessel for eel fishing with the competent authority.
• You fill out the form and send it by e-mail or post.
• You will need your boat number/register number for the form.
• Your registered fishing vessel for eel fishing will then be removed from the fishing register.
