Bewohnerparkausweis Verlängerung

When the existing exemption expires, it is possible to extend it. Find out more here.

Residents who already have an exemption permit can apply to change or extend their exemption permit if:

• The existing permit has expired or is about to expire.

• Registration certificate or identity card
• Registration certificate of the vehicle

• You are already in possession of an exemption permit for residents and this has expired or will expire soon.

• Apply to the Bremerhaven road traffic authority or the Bürgerbüro Mitte for an extension of the exemption permit.

An informal application can be submitted (in each case with the relevant evidence)

• by e-mail (parkausweise@magistrat.bremerhaven.de),
• by online form
• by post or
• in person. At the road traffic authority during opening hours without an appointment. An appointment is required at the Bürgerbüro Mitte.

If you do not make an appointment in person, the exemption permits will be sent with the corresponding invoice.
