Ausnahmegenehmigungen für den Verkehr Erteilung

If you want to drive on a road that is completely or partially closed to motor vehicles, you can apply for a special permit.

If a vehicle is to be driven on a road for which a restriction applies, a special permit must be applied for beforehand.

Please clarify with any company you have commissioned whether any subcontractors will be carrying out the transportation. Please then name the owner company. We would like to point out that the holder of the special permit is liable for any damage incurred.

• Registration certificate of the vehicles used

• You want to drive a vehicle on a road with restricted access.

• Apply for an exemption permit from the Bremerhaven road traffic authority

An application can be submitted (in each case with the relevant evidence)

• by e-mail (buergerundordnungsamt@magistrat.bremerhaven.de),
• by online form
• by post or
• in person. No appointment is required during the opening hours of the road traffic authority.

If no appointment is made in person, the exemption permits will be sent together with the corresponding invoice.
