If you have set up a prostitution business, you can have it operated by a representative. You must notify the competent authority of the person or persons you have appointed as a substitute.
You must also report if the person you have appointed no longer carries out the prostitution without delay.
If necessary, you must then apply for a new replacement permit.
You must notify the competent authority of the termination of a prostitution agency without delay.
