Alternatively, you can also register your grape harvest and wine production in the online winegrowing service.

You are required to register as a winegrower, grape producer, cooperative or recognized producer group that accepts grapes or mash with the exception of

- full-delivery member businesses of a cooperative or recognized producer group
- businesses whose vineyard area is less than 0.1 hectares and which do not market the products derived from it

are obliged to do so.

You can report the grape harvest notification/wine production notification online.

• Log in to the online winegrowing service with your access data and call up the grape harvest/production notification.
• The program will guide you step by step through the required information.
• Fill in the input fields online.
• At the end of the input screens, you can send the form directly online to the responsible office.

Alternatively, you can submit the notification by post, fax or e-mail.

• You can obtain the relevant form from the responsible office in your federal state.
• You complete the form and submit it to the responsible office by post or fax by the deadline.

Alternatively, you can scan the form and send it to the responsible office by e-mail.

You can obtain the form from the Chamber of Agriculture of North Rhine-Westphalia.

This is purely a notification. Therefore, no legal remedy is required.
