• Route and time schedule in A4 format The route should preferably be marked with a black pen and arrows. In town crossings, the street names must also be indicated, unless the route follows the main road and is unambiguous.
• Copy of event liability insurance
• Proof of exemption from liability.

You must take out event liability insurance.

• A permit is required for events on public roads.

• Documents required:
