If you want to carry out remediation or demolition work in the presence of asbestos with high fibre releases, you need a permit, which you apply for from the competent authority.
For renovation or demolition work in the presence of asbestos with high fibre releases, you need a permit. This applies in particular to work where asbestos is present in weakly bound form or due to work in which a high number of asbestos fibres may be released.

You can apply for approval for renovation or demolition activities by e-mail or post at the competent authority.
