If you wish to obtain information on building encumbrances on a property, you must submit an application to the responsible lower building supervisory authority.
You can obtain information from the register of building encumbrances by inspecting it, have an extract made from the register of building encumbrances or request a copy of the register of building encumbrances.
In order for information to be provided to you, proof of a legitimate interest is required.
You can request information on the building encumbrances from the responsible lower building supervisory authority. The competent lower building supervisory authority will check the legitimate interest in the information. If there is no proof of legitimate interest, you will be asked to remove these obstacles to processing.
