Standard land values help to answer the question of how high the value of an area of land is roughly.
Standard land values are average location values of the land for a majority of properties within a defined area (standard land value zone) which are largely identical in terms of their property characteristics, in particular the type and extent of usability, and for which the general value conditions are essentially the same. They are based on the square meter of land area of a property with the property characteristics shown (standard land value property). The standard land values do not include any value shares for growth, buildings or other facilities.
Written standard land value information is available for a fee from the expert committees for land values set up by the districts, the Saarbrücken Regional Association and the state capital Saarbrücken.
