If you or your company have harvested grapes for wine production, you must report the harvest quantity to the competent authority.

The winegrowing operations report the harvest quantities by district, grape variety and quality level to the Office for Agriculture, Land Consolidation and Forestry South (ALFF Süd) in Weißenfels. In addition, the quantities delivered to other companies must also be reported.
This information is checked with regard to the permissible yield per hectare.

- Natural or legal persons or their associations who harvest grapes from vineyards of 1000 m² or more are required to register
- Producers who sell or market grapes or must to others, regardless of the size of the vineyard, are also subject to the obligation to register.
- Members of producer groups or cooperatives who make full deliveries and grape producers who process their entire harvest themselves or have it processed for their own account are exempt from the obligation to register.

There are no costs.

You report your harvested grape quantities to the responsible authority. The authority will only contact you if anything is unclear.

The latest deadline for submitting this report is January 15 of the following year.
