If you want to hunt with griffins or falcons as a teenager, you must carry a youth falconer hunting license in your name.
If you would like to hunt with griffins or falcons, the so-called pickling hunt, in Germany, but you are not yet 18 years old, you can only be issued a youth falconry hunting license in your name.
With a falconer hunting license, you may only hunt if accompanied by a custody with hunting experience or a supervised person with hunting experience commissioned in writing by your person(s) with custody.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it in and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.
The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.
If you meet all the requirements, you will be issued a youth falconry hunting license.
- With a falconer hunting license, you may only hunt if accompanied by a custody with hunting experience or a supervised person with hunting experience commissioned in writing by your person(s) with custody.
- With a falconry license, you are not allowed to participate in party hunts.
