It should reflect the mission statement of the provider as well as the (structural) framework conditions of the facility. It also describes the content-related and professional orientation and thus provides the reason and basis for further professional development.

- You submit the application including all required documents to the responsible authority.
- The specialist consultants at the responsible authority will advise you on the details of the operating permit.
- The specialist consultants of the responsible authority check the spatial, technical, economic and personnel requirements on site.
- If the requirements for issuing an operating license are met, the final decision will be made by the responsible authority. You will be informed of the decision in writing.

The staff hours specified in the application must correspond to the minimum staffing level. This minimum staffing level must always be guaranteed.
