If you want to have an entry in the land register deleted, in most cases you will need a certified declaration from the person or institution that holds the right. This declaration is called a consent to deletion.

If you want to have an entry in the land register deleted, in most cases you will need a certified statement from the person or institution affected by the deletion. This is the person who will lose their rights as a result of the deletion.
Examples:
  • If you want to have a mortgage cancelled, you need a certified consent to cancellation from the creditor. This is usually a bank.
  • If you want to cancel a right of residence, you need a certified consent to cancellation from the person who holds the right of residence.
This consent to deletion must be notarized.
