• For construction projects requiring approval, you need a currently valid urban land-use plan as a building permit.
• The urban land-use plan provides information on whether a property can be built on and in what way.
• An urban land-use plan is binding. Among other things, it specifies the type and extent of possible building use, the construction method, the buildable and non-buildable property areas.
• The urban land-use plan consists of the plan and the textual and graphic stipulations.
• Excerpts from the urban land-use plan can be submitted in print or digitally for a fee. They can be viewed and printed free of charge on the Internet.
