As a winegrower, you must e obtain a planting permit before planting.

You must obtain a planting permit before you carry out any planting.

If you carry out a planting on an identical vineyard as the previous grubbing-up and the resulting planting potential still exists, the planting is deemed to have been approved. In this case, you do not need to submit an application.

You must have carried out the grubbing up of a vineyard.

• Before planting a vineyard, submit an application for permission to plant vines.
• For the simplified procedure, it is sufficient for you to notify us of the uprooting and planting.
• After final processing, you will receive a notification from the competent authority.

You may only start planting start planting a vineyard once you have received approval. The exception to this is the clearing and planting of the same area, i.e. approval in a simplified procedure.

Planting without an existing decision leads to an unauthorized vineyard area. This is an administrative offense that can be punished.
